Our small self storage units are approximately 5ft wide by 7ft long by 7ft high giving you 35sqft of storage space.

This single unit size is ideal for decluttering. It can hold up to 30-50 moving boxes and some items of furniture.

As a guide we use:

• 2 units for a small apartment
• 3 for a 1-2 bed house
• 4-5 units for a 2-3 bedroom property
• 5-7 units for a 3-4 bed property
• 7+ units for a 4 bed or larger house

Our storage service is fully managed and designed to work alongside your removal or as a standalone collection service to store your items. We professionally collect your belongings, protect and load them into our wooden storage vaults/containers, and store them securely in our indoor warehouse. When you’re ready, we arrange re-delivery on a date that suits you.

Each wooden storage vault measures approximately 5ft x 7ft x 5ft, offering around 35 sq ft of storage space. Depending on the volume of your belongings, we’ll allocate one or more vaults to suit your needs.

We can advise on how many vaults you may need based on the size of your property but it all depends on the size and volume. If you are looking for a removal and storage service we may arrange a home survey either via WhatApp video or in person to assess your items. A home survey will likely be required if you need any packing services or if you are really unsure on space.

Yes, access is available by appointment only in an emergency. As a professional removals-led storage provider, access is managed by our team to ensure security and safe handling of all stored items. We need a minimum of 48 hours (or 2 working days) notice for access.

Yes. We offer flexible storage solutions, from short-term storage lasting just a few days to long-term storage for several months, a year or longer.

No. We always collect your belongings as part of our professional service. Customer drop-offs are not available, as all items must be handled and loaded correctly by our trained team.

Yes. We can store anything from a small number of items to the contents of an entire property. Storage is charged based on the number of vaults required.

For safety, insurance and legal reasons, certain items cannot be accepted into storage. This includes (but is not limited to) perishable goods, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal items, batteries and powered vehicles, medicines, high-value personal items and anything requiring a controlled environment.

Our storage is clean, dry and fully indoor, but it is not climate-controlled. It is suitable for professional storage of furniture, household contents and most commercial items.

Our warehouse in Greater Manchester is fully secure, with CCTV, alarmed premises, gated access and customer entry by appointment with a member of staff. Your belongings are stored indoors in dedicated wooden vaults.

Yes. We offer full packing, partial packing and fragile-only packing services. All furniture is protected with blankets and covers during loading and storage as standard.

We offer MoveProtect and StoreProtect, providing enhanced liability cover for your belongings during removal and while in storage. This cover is optional and chargeable. Full details are available on our website, and our team can help you choose the right option.

Storage prices are based on the volume of goods and the number of vaults required. We recommend contacting us for a tailored quote as part of your removal or as a standalone collection into storage service.

Re-delivery is arranged on a flexible date with notice, coordinated by our team as part of your overall service. Please give us as much notice as possible when arranging the return of your items.
